Service Desk (A&S) - G0122F0313, Option Year 4. This contract provides direct IT customer support ~2,300 USGS customers and enterprise system support for all of USGS. Covers the USGS Service Desk Tier 1 helpdesk, Tier 2 Deskside support for Reston, Denver, Moffett, and Spokane.
