Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI) support of OSTP Requirements

STPI will meet special research and analysis needs of OSTP and other federal agencies when the work is not otherwise available from the private sector, and will be responsible for planning and executing such research and analysis as OSTP and other federal agencies may specify in accordance with the FAR and the contract. STPI shall provide OSTP and other federal agencies with a network of institutional and individual sources of expertise that are necessary to support the broad range of issues that STPI addresses.
