Research Communications, Publications, and Web Content

The objective of this Task Order is to provide program and project management; technical writing, editorial, and publications services; stakeholder outreach; and strategic communications to increase stakeholder engagement and strengthen research deployment of research from FHWA’s Office of Research, Development, and Technology (RD&T) at the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC), FHWA-wide RD&T programs, and other FHWA initiatives. Led by TFHRC Research Communications Team, services include strategic planning; editorial and technical writing; graphic design; digital marketing and social media; digital and print magazine and newsletter coordination, content, layout, photography, and production; video and still photography and production; website content support and design; and support for outreach events.
