Improve the recreation value of the Entrance District (Pine Grove, Visitor Center, Ball Field) for visitor satisfaction. Erosion has occurred throughout approximately 6.3 acres of the Entrance District, creating muddy areas and puddling after rain events that lead to mud being tracked and create safety hazards for visitors and staff. Addressing the deferred maintenance will improve the maintained cultural landscape, enhance site functionality, and improve the overall visitor experience.
