Personnel Security Services

The contractor shall deliver comprehensive personnel security support services to the Federal Protective Service (FPS) Personnel Security Division (PSD), ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all personnel security operations. These services encompass the intake, processing, adjudication, and administration of personnel security cases for Protective Security Officers (PSOs), federal employees, and associated personnel, in alignment with applicable Executive Orders, Federal Regulations, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) policies, and FPS procedures. The contractor is responsible for completing personnel security actions within established timelines, maintaining data accuracy in government systems of record, and providing responsive customer support to applicants, vendors, and stakeholders.
