Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the work required for peak-load generators to pass applicable state emissions requirements. Work shall include servicing emissions control equipment, verifying and calibrating monitoring systems, testing and recording required operating conditions, conducting required emissions performance tests, and providing certified results and documentation needed to demonstrate compliance with state air quality permit requirements.
