Description
The OIT Infrastructure and Support Services (ISS) Operational Technology Division (OpsTech) is establishing an Operational Technology Operations Center (OTOC) to manage, secure, and support operational technology (OT) assets across CBP. This project will enhance cybersecurity, integrate network management, and provide mature support services, including a 24/7 service desk. The OTOC will leverage advanced Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Mobile Device Management (MDM) and provisioning solutions, specifically the Sherpa 6 Watchtower platform, a Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) solution to enable secure, scalable, and automated management of tactical and OT devices.
