Description
The Contractor shall provide a cloud-based Enterprise Firmware Over the Air (E-FOTA) managed service for Samsung devices used by CBP. This service will enable CBP to remotely manage and deploy firmware updates for all Samsung Android devices, ensuring devices receive the latest security patches at intervals specified by CBP. The solution must support over-the-air patching capabilities, allowing updates to be delivered without requiring Wi-Fi connectivity.
