The existing NTC video display walls (Cargo and Passenger/Main) on the NTC Watch Floor use MicroTile technology, which is near end of life, no longer aligned with current CBP technical standards, and increasingly difficult to support. To maintain operational reliability, improve visual performance, and ensure continued supportability, the NTC requires replacement of two existing video walls with modern direct view LED (DvLED) technology.
