National Highway Institute AV Maintenance Agreement

The National Highway Institute (NHI) is the training arm of the Federal Highway Administration. NHI utilizes an extensive, integrated audio-visual (AV) system at its joint training facility in Vienna, Virginia, to deliver and manage its professional training programs. This custom AV system spans multiple specialized learning spaces, including Large Training Rooms, Large and Small Media Production Rooms, Conference Rooms, a Collaborative Area, and a centralized Equipment Room. To ensure continuous system reliability, NHI will seek a contract for an AV Maintenance Agreement. The selected contractor will perform an initial technical assessment of the existing equipment, upgrade or replace outdated and broken hardware, and deliver monthly preventative maintenance, system testing, and technical support. The contract is anticipated to feature a base year and four option years.
