Description
The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to acquire contractor services to support the overall U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) mission through Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) of Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Planning for FirstNet and Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite-enabled systems and devices on an ongoing basis across the CBP enterprise. This effort provides objective, third-party validation of lifecycle governance, sustainment execution, acquisition decisions, and operational readiness on a continuous basis throughout the lifecycle. Acquisition Strategy: Sole Source SDVOSB for a Base and 1 Option Year.
