The ICAM Program and Enterprise Services Call Order scope includes the operations, maintenance and continued expansion of the ICAM Solution and will work to modernizing workflows and processes to accommodate for changes post-RIF, and ensuring Identities, especially digital identities, are created, correlated, tracked, and utilizing MFA at a phishing resistant maturity level for all identities to access any Department Resources and includes ICAM subject matter expertise; system architecture and engineering service.
