The ICAM Program and Enterprise Services (BPA) scope includes the operations, maintenance and continued expansion of the ICAM Solution; the full range of program management and project management support; ICAM subject matter expertise; system architecture and engineering services required to refine and implement the technical and non-technical components of the Department’s ICAM roadmap and architecture documents; execute and continuously improve ED’s ICAM enterprise processes and procedures; and provide support for the access management implementation of the Department’s systems.
