Description
Design and construct a replacement comfort station structure of approximately 500 SF, utilizing the existing site footprint, utilities, and foundation at Belle Haven Park. New restroom layout will be single-user stalls containing toilet and lavatory within each stall. Surrounding sidewalk, grading and paths will be re-paved and, where necessary, adjusted, to provide level accessible entry into the restrooms
