Description
This shall be a design task order to complete final Construction Documents. This two-part project shall preserve the historic Ballroom at Glen Echo and rehabilitate the Ballroom to enable year round use through modification of the building walls and introduction of HVAC. Preservation/Deferred Maint (DM) efforts shall be funded by NPS Capital Improvement (CI) for Rehabilitation of walls and introduction of HVAC is by NPS partner.
