Description
Cisco maintenance support (Return Merchandise Authorization services) for hardware installed at 675 field sites covering over 2,600 switches and routers. Under this task order, TSA receives software/security updates and hardware fixes in the event of failure and access to software patches, to include those that address critical security vulnerabilities. Maintenance ensures the optimal performance, security and reliability of network infrastructure.
