Financial Specialist Support to the Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management (OFPSM)

This contract provides financial specialist support to the Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management (OFPSM), to administer and manage financial activities associated with 105(l) lease agreements. The contractor assists with reviewing lease documentation, processing funding requests, tracking obligations and expenditures, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations related to Tribal facility leases. Support includes coordinating with BRPL realty staff, validating financial data, preparing required reports, assisting with budget execution tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate financial processing for 105(l) lease actions across Indian Affairs. This requirement is currently performed by HEARTLAND ENERGY PARTNERS LLC under Delivery Order 140A1624F0117.
