Internal Controls: Develop and assess financial and IT business process controls. Conduct testing, risk assessments, and document results. Monitor and implement corrective action plans (CAPs) to address deficiencies. Property Management: Review property acquisition and disposition documentation. Validate accounting treatment of property actions and ensure compliance with USCG policies. Enter property transactions into the financial system of record and support over 800 field units. Labor Categories: The contract requires personnel across various roles, including Project Manager, Senior Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, Auditors (Senior, Intermediate, and Junior), and General Clerks (I and II). Performance Expectations: Contractors are expected to maintain a 40-hour workweek during FSC operating hours (6:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday) and ensure continuity of support. Telework may be permitted with an approved plan. The government will provide workspace and equipment as needed, but contractors must furnish additional resources as required. Contract Period: The contract includes a 12-month base period (September 2026–August 2027) and four 12-month option periods, extending through August 2031.
