Description
The Strategy, Evaluation, and Analysis’ (SEA) Risk Branch is charged with the development and implementation of TSA’s ERM framework. As part of this focus, the SEA is focused on developing and implementing broad enterprise risk management principles through the TSA to link risk management efforts directly with strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management. The Contractor shall provide support to SEA office in the general areas of strategic analysis, risk analysis, and enterprise-wide risk management. The Contractor shall also provide support in the areas of enterprise risk planning to include project management, documentation, and scheduling. The Contractor support shall include consulting, facilitating, and operating program/project management functions for ERM, and assisting in implementing various projects, supporting management oversight of these initiatives, and establishing processes and procedures for effectively planning, initiating, and managing major initiatives. Support for ERM may also include using databases, site maintenance, or other systems to allow management to track the status of program initiatives, projects, and data.
