Earth Observation Requirements Evaluation System (EORES)

Provide a Modification to the existing EORES Contract, by Sole-Sourcing this to Integrated Systems Solutions Incorporation (ISS). AGO will get an approved Justification for an Exception to the Fair Opportunity (JEFO) for an Order Exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)), using the exception of "Logical follow-on - FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) - in the interest of economy and efficiency, that a sole source to ISS is justified. So yes, this will save us a lot of time and document generation. Basically, we are sole sourcing the contract to ISS to continue the same work, allowing time for NOAA OCFO to combine the other TPIO contracts and define the new EORES requirements.
