Construction Inspection Services, Construct Cutter Engineering & Weapons Training Building Phase 2, TRACEN Yorktown, VA

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Facilities Design and Construction Center (FDCC) has identified a requirement for construction inspection services for the project Design Build Construction for Engineering & Weapons Training Building Phase 2 located at USCG TRACEN, Yorktown, VA. The construction inspection services shall be performed by a full-time (40 hours per week) Construction Inspector (CI) which provides surveillance at the site of the project. Additionally, services may require the CI to exceed standard work hours by up to 10%. USCG FDCC awarded the correlated Construction project Design Build Construction for Engineering & Weapons Training Building Phase 2, USCG TRACEN Yorktown, VA and is expected to commence in 2026. The scope of work includes constructing a 2-story facility interconnected to Phase 1 (Sam Travis Hall). The expected duration of the project will be approximately November 2, 2026 through August 2, 2028.Dates are estimates and contingent on construction milestones and schedule.
