Description
This project will execute the rehabilitation of the Yorktown Victory Monument. Work will include removal and resculpting of the torso of Lady Victory, boring through the monument to install updated lightning protection system, tunneling under the monument to provide for connecting the protection system to ground, and cleaning and conserving of the rest of the monument.
