C5ISC Requirements and Enterprise Architecture Services (CREAS)

To provide Requirements and Solution Architecture development, analysis, management, and documentation in support of C5ISC developed and supported Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) products and services. This includes Requirements Development, Requirements Analysis, Requirements Management, Requirements Documentation, Maintaining the Coast Guard Enterprise Architecture (CGEA) Practice Manual, Developing and Maintaining the Solution Architecture Repository, Developing the Target Architecture, Developing the C5I Business Architecture, Developing the Solution Architectures, Performing Analysis and Updating of Functional and Allocated Architecture and Requirements Baselines, Document Security and Information Delivery Infrastructure Reference (SIDIR) Architecture management, Enterprise Architecture Governance Facilitation, and IT Business Case Reviews. Services may require Continental United States (CONUS) travel.
