BERT/WEBBP Modernization

010‑000000001; 010‑000000084 The Office of Budget & Performance Management anticipates exercising an option to continue modernizing two existing budgeting systems—WebBP and BERT—and migrating them into the Microsoft Power Platform environment. This effort addresses the need for a more reliable, modern, and user‑friendly budgeting projection system that supports all of Indian Affairs, including the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Bureau of Indian Education. Under this requirement, the contractor will migrate WebBP and BERT into the Power Platform, update WebBP to allow vacancy tracking, and deliver an integrated PowerBI dashboard to simplify budget monitoring. The expected outcome is a modern interface that improves usability, automates key budgeting tasks, and provides a clear, consolidated view of budget resources for decision‑makers.
