Comprehensive graphic design support services to advance NSF’s communication, outreach, and information dissemination objectives. Services include consultative design support, graphic design production, and print and digital coordination to develop high-quality, accessible visual products for print and electronic media. Contract support provides creative consultation and original design of publications, marketing and outreach materials, environmental graphics, presentations, reports, and web-based graphics, ensuring compliance with NSF branding guidelines and Section 508 accessibility standards. Specifically, Consultative Design Services support NSF offices and directorates by advising clients on design best practices, visual communication standards, and effective interpretation of content for print and digital delivery. Graphic Design Services produce original artwork, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for brochures, posters, reports, newsletters, exhibits, digital signage, and web applications using industry-standard design tools and formats. Design Production and Print Coordination services support in-house and commercial print workflows, including layout preparation, incorporation of photography and graphics, and coordination with the NSF Print Shop and external vendors as required. These services strengthen NSF’s ability to communicate complex scientific and programmatic information clearly and effectively, enhance public engagement and internal communications, support Foundation-wide collaboration, and ensure timely, compliant, and visually consistent delivery of mission-critical materials in support of NSF’s strategic priorities
