Unifies existing acoustic telemetry arrays at Canaveral, Frying Pan, and Sandbridge shoals to quantify fish movement, displacement, and habitat re‑use before and after dredging. Region‑wide, standardized data enable defensible effects analyses. MMA will use the metrics to refine dredging windows, plan leases, and evaluate cumulative recovery of managed species.
