Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO) requires Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) compliant credentialing and access management services for Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), ensuring secure issuance, revocation, and oversight of Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials. The contractor supports operational security by managing access controls, maintaining regulatory compliance with Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 201 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance, and delivering program management, audit support, and personnel training aligned with federal credentialing standards.
