Description
This project will accomplish deferred maintenance for an important, highly visible, actively interpreted historic structure, locally referred to as the First Superintendent’s Residence. All proposed work efforts will occur on exterior surfaces and features of the structure. This project will include repairing the stone entrance paths and patios, restoration of all of the exterior windows and doors, and repairs to exterior wood trim. Extensive repairs for the exterior masonry also needed.
