Description
Rehabilitate approximately 1.75 miles of Kelly Point Road. Decompact the existing roadbed, raise the driving surface above the level of the existing meadow by hauling in native material and/or gravel. To improve drainage, a centerline crown will be added to the road surface. Drainage structures, if required, will be installed at natural ground elevation. Fill will be imported to cover these drainage structures rather than digging deeper into the road base.
