BLM Utah Travel Management Planning NEPA support

Advancing Travel Management - Statewide, Utah: This contract will provide NEPA assistance on 10 travel management plans (6 new, 4 reconsiderations) in accordance with a 2017 Settlement Agreement. The Contractor will assist with parsing, categorizing, and responding to public comments on environmental assessments and development of decision rationale based on the purpose and need, access needs, resources, and network connectivity for each route designated in the plan. Based on recent TMPs, Utah expects 2,000-6,000 comment submission with approximately 200 requiring a response. Each route requires a specific decision rationale statement and the number of routes per plan ranges from appx. 200-1,000 routes.
