Description
The purpose of this project is to relocate the existing deficient/inadequate checkpoint in Laredo, TX HWY-83 to an adequate site meeting the projected requirements; land purchase; confer and lease necessary Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) land; accomplish an environmental assessment; accomplish programming, design, and construction of the facility. Acquisition Strategy: for the Design-Build Construction Contract: This requirement will be competed against the U S Customs and Border Protection, Multiple Award Design-Build IDIQ Contract.
