TTC Facilities Repair and Rehabilitation

FRA requires Main Electric to perform the following: (1) Repair/replace/re-manufacture, as necessary, electrical components and systems located in and adjacent to the Transportation Technology Center (TTC) main substation (CORE) to achieve safe and reliable power system control; (2) Incorporate such features as required to allow for system control and performance monitoring, including automated monitoring and fault detection; (3) Re-arrangement and re-configuration of load systems within the switchgear to minimize service risks and to permit future replacement of vault power cables while maintaining TTC functionality; (4) Repair/replace/re-configure, as required, components and systems related to the on-site back-up generator system to ensure efficient and effective performance; (5) Re-arrangement of TTC pump house electrical supply to minimize service interruptions; (6) Technical reporting to document the project execution and results, including electrical schematics, system parts lists, operation and maintenance requirements documentation.
