Trauma Informed Care training for IHS staff and contracted personnel

Currently awaiting evaluation data that will steer the development of the Acquisition Planning documents. This one-year requirement will be needed to assist in the development of content for a new MANDATORY one-hour IHS Trauma Informed Care training that will replace the two-hour training currently available in the HHS Learning Management System. The content will be expanded to include a broader audience. The current training (although mandatory for all staff) is specific to behavioral health providers. Vendor must be well informed on cultural competency and agency trauma informed care policy..
