This contract provides CTP access to weekly tobacco sales data from U.S. grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacy stores, and big retailers to monitor changes in the tobacco marketplace to inform FDA's regulation of the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of tobacco products as specified in the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act.
