Description
The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, and equipment, and shall plan, coordinate, and ensure the effective and economical operation, maintenance, and repair of DOE elevators, escalators, automatic doors and other miscellaneous equipment in the DOE Forrestal Building and Germantown Facility as specified in this contract. All work shall be performed pursuant to the requirements set forth in Statement of Work and the Preventive Maintenance Guides.
