Testing Core Components of Healthy Marriage and Relationship Education Programs

This task order supports the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Family Assistance (OFA), in conducting a rigorous, large-scale evaluation of Healthy Marriage and Relationship Education (HMRE) programs. The effort will identify and test core program components using evidence-based research methods to determine their impact on program implementation and participant outcomes. The contractor will refine the study design, coordinate with participating organizations, conduct impact evaluations, and produce a final report summarizing findings, lessons learned, and recommendations to inform future HMRE program implementation.
