Task Order for Microsimulation in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Policy Analysis (Non-Severable Tasks)

New Task Order (TO) under existing IDIQ contract 12319825D5001. The contractor will provide technical and statistical support to assist FNS in evaluating the cost and impacts of proposed changes to SNAP. This support includes program reform simulations improvements to the microsimulation models and hosting the models. The contractor will also acquire new databases used in the microsimulation models as they become available and perform quality control checks on those databases. This package is for the non-severable tasks associated with this requirement. Severable TO is submitted separately.
