The Office of Programs (CT/P) within the Department of State’s Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) requires specialized performance management, evaluation, and learning services to support and enhance the integrated planning, design, execution, and oversight of its security sector assistance, including but not limited to: monitoring and evaluation (M&E); data collection, analysis, and data visualizations; performance and program management; process design and planning; and training and technical expertise necessary for maintaining, developing, and refining CT’s unified work platform for managing security sector assistance.
