The ongoing work is to validate the method, which will require larger quantities of purified mAb-G and mAb-NG. Due to the low production yield of mAb-G and mAb-NG from available mouse hybridomas, 3 stable cell lines expressing recombinant mAb-G and mAb-NG - full-length form for mAb-G only, and both full-length and single-chain forms for mAb-NG- are needed.
