Region-wide local in-network Continuum of Care (CoC) for unaccompanied children (UC) who meet special population criteria, by connecting licensed, high quality care providers experienced with serving special population youth. The CoC for special population includes care for UC who meet criteria for Secure Care, Diagnostic Center (DC) Care, Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) Care, Residential Treatment Center (RTC) Care, Therapeutic Group Home (TGH) Care, and Heightened Supervision Facilities (HSF) Care.
