Description
This contract action seeks to procure targeted software development services from Deloitte for four (4) modifications across two (2) proprietary, custom-built systems. The Access Credential Utility (ACU) and the Smart Card Management System (SCMS), originally developed by Deloitte under an existing HHS contract whose current O&M scope does not cover this work.
