Description
Project addresses Deferred Maintenance in housing units located at the Nemo Work Center on the Northern Hills Ranger District of the Black Hills National Forest. Buildings have differing needs. Work will be prioritized for safety accessibility and energy savings. Some units will get new windows siding and insulation furnaces and water heaters and lighting for energy efficiencies. Roofing and gutters will be replaced on some due to poor condition. Some interior spaces will be remodeled for accessibility and user comfort.
