Description
The proposed project includes the improvement of roadway surfaces on select roads on the Andrew Pickens Ranger District in Oconee County South Carolina. Work will include conversion of gravel surfaced roads to asphalt pavement surfaced roads. Roads to recieve this treatment include portions of Thrifts Ferry Road Spy Rock Road Grapevine and Woodall Shoals.
