This contract provides CTP access to e-cigarette sales and possibly consumer traffic data from vape stores across the United States to monitor changes in the vape store marketplace and inform FDA's regulation of the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of tobacco products as specified in the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act.
