ROWI Structure Repair/Reinforcement of Antram Grey House

This project will repair and stabilize the timber framing of the 18th century Antram Gray House. The building is a timber frame structure held together with traditional mortise-and-tenon pegged joints and dove tails. These joints have failed and caused the wall around the chimney to bow outward. A structural assessment was completed by Structures North in PMIS 216112.
