Description
The contractor will design an infrastructure masterplan for the DRC and Rwanda to support the launch of the first phase of the REIF infrastructure pillar. The masterplan will identify the infrastructure projects necessary to strengthen regional trade corridors and facilitate the efficient, lawful movement of goods and people between the DRC, Rwanda and the broader Great Lakes region.
