Description
Agile Usability Experience Analysis Re-compete. The Contractor shall provide user research services to the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) in support of IT development for the “No Surprise Billing” and “Transparency” provisions of the No Surprises Act & Transparency of 2021. The Contractor shall conduct, manage, and report on research identifying ways to improve the user experience and stakeholder outcomes of tools and processes developed to support legislative requirements.
