O&M and Optional DME support to operate its portfolio of the Personal Property Management System (PPMS) Transportation Management Services Solution (TMSS) and the SmartPay applications supported by this task order. Under the PPMS application we have 3 main sub-application streams 1. Utilization and Donation (U&D) 2. Sales and 3. Computers For Learning (CFL) supports different business units. This primarily supports the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). SmartPay comprises SmartPay Data Warehouse SmartPay program website SmartPay training and the Section 889 compliance check application.
