Description
The purpose of this contract is to support CMS in developing and collecting MA HEDIS® measures for MAOs and SNPs; developing and implementing new quantifiable outcome measures that focus on assessing the performance of care coordination in MAOs and to implement the review and approval of SNP models of care as required by Section 1859(f)(7) of the Act.
