Description
This is directly related to Requirement 261895. The purpose of this Requirement is to complete a contract modification that will add an optional two (2) month extension period for continued operations and transition out activities on the outgoing AIPC contract. The AIPC recompete is currently in progress, and CMS plans to award the new contract by 8/15/26. Upon initial review of proposals, there is a strong likelihood that the incumbent contractor will not be the apparent awardee. For this reason, and out of an abundance of caution, CPI is requesting approval to complete a contract modification that will support continued operations and potential transition efforts, if necessary.
